We are a workshop, not an importer

Two workshops, two different jobs

Tabanan, Bali handles everything made of stone and timber. Terrazzo is cast in timber moulds we build ourselves, wet-ground in three passes and hand-finished at the rim. Teak and bengkirai are worked at the same bench. Seven people, five of them stonemasons who previously built villa swimming pools.

Cikarang, West Java handles everything that hums: assembly of the Arctic chiller line, testing of imported units, electrical panels and crating for inter-island freight. Every chiller — ours or imported — runs 24 hours in a test tub before it is allowed to leave. Roughly one imported unit in twenty fails that stage and goes back to the supplier.

The honest numbers

Three rules we do not break

1. We will not sell an undersized chiller. If the budget will not stretch to the size the tub needs, we propose a smaller tub instead. A 250-litre tub that genuinely holds 3 degrees beats a 600-litre one stuck at 14.
2. We never use 304 stainless. The price difference is small; the difference in service life on an Indonesian coast is measured in years.
3. We do not invoice the balance before the water is cold. The final stage falls due after the thermometer at your site agrees with the promise.

How we calculate, and why it is published

The heat-load model behind every chiller size is published in full on the chiller calculator — the formula, the constants and the selection rule. Competitors are welcome to copy it. We would rather deal with a market that understands why a 4.2 kW unit delivers 1.95 kW against 5-degree water than with one that is disappointed after purchase. The same logic applies to money: every range is on the pricing page with no "contact us for price" button, and the full catalogue is at products.

What we do not claim

We give no medical advice. There is interesting research on recovery and mood, but we are builders — if you have a heart condition, hypertension, epilepsy or you are pregnant, ask a doctor rather than a workshop. What we understand is how to hold 400 litres at 3 degrees, continuously, in a country where the heat never takes a day off.
