We publish the numbers for two reasons. The range is wide and you deserve to know it before you talk to anybody, and a lot of cheap quotes look reasonable right up until the chiller turns out to be half the size the tub needs.

All three include the survey, the drawings, delivery within Java and Bali, installation, the cold test and two service visits in the first year. Not included: civil work such as a concrete pad, and a PLN supply upgrade if the existing one is too small. Who does what is set out under services.

This is the part most sellers leave out, and it is real money. Figures below are for a 400-litre tub with the lid on outside bathing hours, used an hour a day, on the domestic R-1 tariff.

The balance is only invoiced after the water in your tub reaches the temperature we promised. If it does not, replacing the chiller is our cost — which is exactly why we are strict at the calculation stage. Freight outside Java is itemised under inter-island delivery, and the two chiller lines are compared on ice bath chillers and the Arctic inverter.
Usually an uninsulated tub with a quarter- or half-PK aquarium chiller designed for a 200-litre tank in an air-conditioned room. In an open Jakarta garden a unit like that holds 16-19 degrees, not 3-5. The product is real; the promise is not.
Yes, and some clients do. We still calculate the load and we will tell you plainly if your unit is undersized. If it fits, we install it and the shell warranty stands — only the chiller falls outside our cover.
