None of these are marketing figures. They come out of one published model, and you can run your own volume, city and target temperature through it on the chiller calculator. With what a cold plunge costs in Indonesia. Almost everybody arrives with a shell in mind and a budget that ignores the chiller, and the chiller is usually the larger of the two numbers.
They are written by the workshop that builds the tubs, so treat them accordingly. What we have tried to do instead of hiding that is publish the model, the constants and the exclusions, so any figure here can be checked against the chiller calculator or against a competitor's quotation.
The worked examples use Jakarta, Canggu, Bandung and Surabaya because they bracket the range. Your own city's incoming water temperature, chiller size and monthly bill are on the locations page.
Prices were last revised in September 2026 and are held for 21 days in any written quotation. The heat-load model itself changes rarely; when it does, every page that reads from it changes on the same day, because they all pull the same file.
Health claims. There is genuinely interesting research on recovery, sleep and mood, and none of it is our field — we hold water at a temperature, we do not treat people. If you have a heart condition, uncontrolled hypertension, epilepsy, or you are pregnant, that conversation belongs with a doctor. Anything else, including the awkward questions about what our warranty excludes, is answered on the FAQ page or by a person on WhatsApp through contact.
