Machinery and assembly — Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java. Chillers are assembled, tested for 24 hours and crated here. Visits by appointment, Monday to Saturday.

We deliberately keep the street addresses off the internet because both are production workshops rather than showrooms, with a forklift and a wet grinder running all day. We send the exact pin on WhatsApp once a visit is agreed.

How quickly we answer

Worth having ready

• A photo or short video of the planned area, including the floor.
• Rough dimensions, and the height of any doorway the tub must pass through.
• Your household power rating, printed on the meter or the PLN bill.
• Approximate distance from the tub position to water and a socket.
• How many people will use it per day, and your target temperature.

We answer without any of that too — the first reply will simply contain these questions. For architects and contractors

We often come into a project through the architect rather than the owner. For that we provide DWG sections, filled and empty weights, inlet and overflow positions, the service clearance the condenser needs, and the point load for structural checks.
