Two things that are included and never sold separately
The insulated lid is in the price of every tub rather than offered as an upgrade, because without it a 400-litre tub in Jakarta goes from 516 watts to 710 and the electricity bill from about Rp 214,000 to Rp 283,000 a month. Selling it separately would mean offering a tub that is more expensive to run for its whole life in exchange for a lower number on the quotation. A spare lid, if the first is ever damaged, is Rp 1.8-3.4 million.
The digital probe thermometer is included too, and deliberately so, because it is not the same thing as the number on the chiller display. That display reads water that has just left the heat exchanger, which can be 0.6 degrees colder than the water where you are sitting. The floating probe measures the water that matters, and it is the instrument we use at the handover cold test described under installation and cold test.

Ozone is the one extra we recommend almost automatically once more than two people use the tub daily. An ozone generator breaks down organic material and kills microbes without leaving anything that smells, and in 4-degree water ozone persists longer because it dissolves better when cold. With a cartridge alone and no ozone, water used by four people a day starts to cloud by day five.
Four things we decline to sell
- Magnetic water conditioners. Sold as a ring clamped to the pipe to stop scale. There is no physical mechanism that acts on calcium scale at these temperatures and flow rates, and in a tub whose water is changed regularly scale is not the main problem anyway. If your water is hard, a pre-filter and an ion-exchange medium do work, and they cost about the same.
- Mineral additives for plunge water. Epsom salts and mineral blends are sold with a range of promises. What certainly happens is that the salt concentration rises, and that accelerates corrosion of metal parts and the heat exchanger. We neither fit them nor sell them.
- Swimming-pool chlorine tablets. At 3 degrees, pool-strength chlorine stings, because skin is constricted and contact time is long. A tablet dissolving on the floor creates a pH 2.8 spot that damages marble and pits stainless alike. If you need chlorine, dose low and dissolve first.
- Aquarium chillers sold as ice bath chillers. Those 200 to 400-watt units are designed for a 200-litre tank in an air-conditioned room. On a 400-litre tub in an open garden they hold water at 16 to 19 degrees while running permanently. The honest numbers are on ice bath chillers.

Rinsing a cartridge the wrong way — outside to inside — drives the dirt deeper into the fibres and halves its life. We show the correct direction at handover, and it is also written into the schedule under maintenance and service.
The one thing no accessory can fixNothing on this page will rescue an undersized chiller. If your water stops at 12 degrees, no amount of ozone, no second lid and no WiFi controller will bring it to 4. What has to change is the refrigeration, and the sizing is on the chiller calculator. We put this here because the largest single category of message we receive starts with a question about accessories and ends at a chiller that was the wrong size from the beginning.
Prices and how accessories are shipped
Accessories run Rp 350,000 to Rp 12 million depending on the item, from a Rp 350,000 cartridge to a bengkirai deck. Small items travel by general cargo in two to five days anywhere in Indonesia. Anything a technician has to fit — ozone, UV, automatic dosing — is scheduled alongside a service visit so you are not paying for the journey twice. If I can add only one thing, what should it be?
Ozone filtration, if the tub is used by more than two people a day. If you are the only user, the honest answer is nothing at all: our tubs ship with the lid, the thermometer and a cartridge, and everything else can be added later at any time.
Is a step really necessary?
It depends on rim height and who uses the tub. Above 75 centimetres, climbing out of 4-degree water with muscles that have just been cold is not an easy movement for everyone. For users over 55 we always recommend one; below that, many people never need it.
Can accessories be added after installation?
Nearly all of them. Ozone and UV mount on existing pipework and take two to three hours. The only two worth deciding early are the timber deck and automatic dosing, because both affect pipe routing and the space around the tub.
What do consumables cost per year?
For one or two users a day: six to eight cartridges a year, about Rp 2.4 million, plus roughly Rp 300,000 of pH testing supplies. With ozone the cartridge count drops by about a third because the organic load has already been broken down.
Can I fit accessories from another brand?
Yes for anything that connects to standard 32 and 50-millimetre pipework, and we will install it if you ask. The only things we refuse are products we believe do not work or will damage the equipment, and we always explain why first — ask through contact.
